How Will It All Work?
Pat offers 1:1 consultations and group training sessions. After a FREE initial phone consultation, Pat will get you booked in as soon as possible and get right to work.

Pat will show you the difference that can be made and then teach you how to achieve the same. No Skype, no paperwork, we get to work right away, empowering you with greater knowledge.

Pat works across most of the UK, but is based in Northamptonshire, England. To ensure that he can provide his services at your location, a travel fee will apply anywhere outside of the service areas. Travel fees may vary depending on the distance and are calculated during the booking process. If you have any questions regarding the travel fee or would like to know the exact amount for your location, please don’t hesitate to contact Pat.
